Plantare S-Cloud Diab insoles
The S-Cloud Diab insoles are part of Extrostyle’s specialist range for diabetic and post-operative foot management. These orthotic insoles are engineered for targeted pressure relief, helping to prevent and treat ulceration in at-risk areas of the foot.
The 6mm EVAFORM layer features modular 10x10mm plugs that can be selectively removed by an orthotist to instantly offload pressure from sensitive or ulcerated regions. This allows for a customizable relief zone tailored to each patient’s needs. Above this sits a 3mm layer of self-molding memory foam, which cushions the foot, reducing pressure peaks and redistributing weight across a broader surface area.
The top On-Steam® cover is breathable, antibacterial, hypoallergenic, and odor-resistant—perfect for long-term wear. Combined with a stable adhesive fiber base, the S-Cloud Diab insole provides reliable support, comfort, and hygiene in one modular system.
