The Energy Paolo Marrone by Extrostyle is a medically adaptable men’s shoe designed to support the foot in cases of diabetes, neuropathy, and post-operative recovery. Its structure allows orthopaedic technicians to adjust the rigidity of the sole based on clinical needs, ensuring the right level of protection for each individual.
This classic brown shoe blends therapeutic functionality with a timeless look. The upper is made from a soft, self-moulding material that gently adapts to the shape of the foot—especially beneficial for users with deformities or sensitive skin. No internal seams are present in high-friction zones, reducing the risk of irritation or skin breakdown.
The shoe also includes a wide-opening Velcro® closure, making it easy to put on and adjust the fit to accommodate swelling or insoles. It is supplied with a cushioned 9mm S-Cloud insole but is also fully compatible with custom orthotics.
