From Consultation to Delivery
Follow the simple step-by-step journey—from booking your appointment to receiving your custom-made orthoses from Halo Medical & Florence Paediatrics.
After your initial video consultation, you’ll attend a face-to-face assessment where our expert orthotists carry out detailed evaluations using advanced scanning and measurement techniques to recommend and provide the most suitable orthotic solution for your needs.
Once your assessment is complete, your scans and measurements are sent to our UK manufacturing centres, where your orthosis is carefully planned, designed, and crafted. After quality checks, it’s delivered to your clinic—usually within two weeks—ready for your fitting and any final adjustments.
