The S-Rigid Fisio insoles are part of Extrostyle’s Elderly & Rehabilitation Line, specifically designed for advanced diabetic foot care and post-operative rehabilitation. These insoles are constructed from extra-rigid and durable fiberglass, offering reinforced support and stability for patients with significant foot deformities or a history of ulcers.

Ideal for use with Extrostyle’s TECNICA footwear, the S-Rigid Fisio provides targeted pressure redistribution—helping prevent second and third-degree diabetic foot complications. The rigid structure limits plantar flexion and stabilizes the foot in patients with compromised biomechanics.

Recommended for:

• Diabetic patients with grade 2 risk (neuropathy and vasculopathy with deformity)

• Patients with a history of ulceration at high risk of recurrence

• Patients with grade 3 risk (deformity, ulceration, or partial foot amputation)

• Cases of toe or tarsal arthrodesis, and Charcot foot conditions
